Roxanne Riche
Inspire Labrador Program Instructor
Roxanne Riche is an Inuk from North West River Labrador, she has an educational background in Mental Health & Addictions and has built her career supporting children, families, and communities. She has worked in child protection and prevention services within an Indigenous community and currently serves as a Gladue Writer, helping to share important stories within the justice system.
Roxanne is also the co-founder of the North West River Youth Engagement Initiative, a community-driven space where youth can connect, grow, and support one another. Her passion lies in fostering happy, healthy youth and guiding them toward lives filled with purpose and joy.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending time on the land with her two sons and husband—hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, and relaxing at the cabin. Roxanne also enjoys learning new things and loves a challenge.
