Read the 2024 Inspire Impact Report: A Decade of Youth Leadership in the North

The 2024 Inspire Impact Report offers an in-depth look at how the Inspire Program has evolved over the past decade, and the measurable difference it’s making in the lives of youth across Northern Canada. From its beginnings as a small pilot in Nunavut to reaching over 70 remote communities across all three territories, the program has grown into a dynamic platform for youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Based on an external evaluation by Ivy & Dean, the report highlights the program’s success in fostering confidence, cultural reconnection, and practical skills among participants. Through live workshops, mentorship, and locally grounded tools, Inspire continues to meet youth where they are, adapting to the realities of distance, digital access, and cultural context.

The 2024 report also reflects on new innovations like Initiate, a post-graduate support stream for alumni looking to deepen their impact through business or community-led projects. Across both Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants, the program is building lasting capacity for economic and social change.

Read this report to understand how Inspire blends cultural relevance with entrepreneurial training, growing into a powerful model for youth leadership, connection, and economic resilience across the North.
